Payroll Associate

Join a payroll operations team as a Payroll Associate supporting payroll processing, reporting, and employee payroll inquiries. This role works closely with payroll team members, HR, and employees to ensure payroll accuracy and support payroll administration. The position is suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with data and deadlines. Work Model:

• Hybrid

• Process payroll data including time records, earnings, deductions, and withholdings
• Review payroll information for accuracy and compliance with company policies and agreements
• Investigate payroll discrepancies and employee pay-related questions
• Analyze payroll reports and large data sets to identify errors, trends, and opportunities for improvement
• Communicate with employees, management, and internal partners regarding payroll processes
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information
• Support payroll system updates, testing, and process enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate payroll administration

• Associate degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Ability to learn payroll, accounting, and business systems quickly
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Positive attitude and adaptability in a changing environment
• Payroll processing experience preferred
