Position Summary

The Corporate Culture Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative support while helping create a positive and engaging employee experience. This position supports office activities, employee events, company celebrations, recognition programs, and special projects.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, personable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys helping others, keeping things organized, and making sure the details are taken care of.

This position is well suited for an early-career administrative professional who wants to develop experience in office administration, employee engagement, event coordination, and business operations within a growing aerospace manufacturing company.

Job Description

Supervise

1. Supervise Corporate Culture personnel

2. Perform yearly employee reviews

3. Review and approve bi-weekly payroll reports

4. Interview, hire, and terminate Corporate Culture personnel

Corporate Culture Coordinator Operation

1. Work directly with the President in conjunction with the marketing team

2. Manage, maintain, and publish a master calendar to coordinate all employee engagement programs and activities

3. Enhance our culture and community with consistent communications and innovative employee engagement events

4. Act as an internal ambassador for our culture and core values and build genuine connections across all employees

5. Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested

6. Schedule meetings and adjust schedules as necessary

7. Research, analyze and summarize data for presentations

8. Write bullet points for speeches

9. Coordinate events and giveaways

10. Maintain event and giveaway budgets

11. Maintain records of all anniversary/contest/referral gift cards distributed

12. Research and gather information for presentations

13. Create and update PowerPoint presentations/Excel charts, etc. as needed

14. Take notes and action items

15. Assist Team Leaders as necessary

16. Manage and coordinate travel 

17. Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

1. Minimum of one year of office experience.
2. Excellent attention to detail
3. Able to provide a high-quality experience for internal employees
4. Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
5. Must have exceptional organizational and time management skills
6. Team-orientated and adaptable
7. Requires advanced computer skills in the following areas: 
8. Excel
9. PowerPoint
10. Outlook
11. Photo Editing (preferably Photoshop)
12. Above average verbal and written communication skills including: 
13. Notetaking (using a tablet or laptop computer)
14. Dictation
15. Speech writing
16. Excellent public speaking skills
17. Requires good interpersonal skills
