• Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as needed, demonstrating your versatility in the lab.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, facilitate the training of new staff or students, and contribute to sustaining lab accreditation standards.
• Uphold a clean, safe workplace while conforming to all relevant regulatory requirements.

Educational Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree, accompanied by preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is required within your first year of employment.
• Maintain your certification throughout your time with us.
