Lead Solution Engineer
Virtual Vocations Inc
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Lead Solution Engineer will serve as a subject matter expert for Agentforce IT Service, demonstrating and promoting innovative IT Service Management solutions that enhance employee support and streamline IT operations. Key responsibilities: Articulate the value of IT Service Management solutions and their integration within the Salesforce portfolio Drive sales by identifying and proposing solutions that improve service delivery and operational efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate incident management and unify IT and HR services on a single platform Required qualifications: Proven experience in IT Service Management or related fields Strong understanding of Salesforce products and their application in service environments Experience with AI-driven solutions and workflow automation Ability to demonstrate technical solutions to diverse audiences Background in sales or solution engineering with a focus on customer success
