No previous government contracting experience is required—we will provide training. Responsibilities:

• Research businesses and government agencies that may benefit from our client's services
• Make outbound phone calls
• Build relationships with prospective clients
• Identify potential contract opportunities
• Schedule appointments and follow up with leads
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information
• Communicate with management regarding opportunities and progress
• Meet daily activity goals for calls and outreach

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls
• Friendly, professional phone presence
• Basic computer skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to learn quickly
• Previous customer service, recruiting, retail, call center, or office experience is a plus
