Job Title: Customer Service Representative / Junior Service Advisor , Location: 1650 N. Neltnor Blvd, West Chicago, United States, 60185 , Job Overview: As a Customer Service Representative / Junior Service Advisor with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the person that our guests look to when they need help with their vehicle. You are the person that our guests see every time they make an investment in their vehicle, and because of these reasons, you play a large role in building relationships with our customers. You will drive our branded vehicle and are expected to adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Additionally, you will provide excellent customer service by greeting our guests, assisting with getting in and out of the shuttle, and ensuring the shuttle is clean and comfortable. This position will be responsible for creating a welcoming and positive guest experience, both in person and over the phone, by consistently offering clear communication and genuine hospitality. Proven successful customer service experience is required; driven to serve others Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with our staff, vendors, and guest Valid state driver's license Meet required insurance driving record parameters Enjoy a fast-paced environment and a team mentality (we work hard but like to have fun doing it)!
