Role and Responsibilities As a Sales Representative at Chris Aguirre State Farm, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals and families protect what matters most to them. Your key responsibilities will include Sales and Consultation Engaging with potential customers to assess their insurance needs and provide them with personalized insurance solutions that align with their requirements. Lead Generation Proactively seeking new business opportunities through various channels, such as referrals, networking, and community involvement. Customer Relationship Management Building strong and lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. Cross-Selling and Upselling Identifying opportunities to offer additional State Farm products and financial services that benefit our customers. Team Collaboration Collaborating with our dedicated team to create a seamless customer experience and achieve collective sales targets. Qualifications To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications Sales Experience Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but we welcome individuals with a genuine passion for sales and a determination to succeed. Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and explain insurance concepts clearly. Customer-Centric A strong desire to help customers and provide exceptional service that exceeds their expectations.
