Marketing Coordinator (Hybrid)

Job Summary Location: Houston, Texas Job Type: Contract Compensation Range: $28 - $30 per hour Schedule Saturday through Wednesday. Daily Hours: 8:00 AM/9:00 AM to 5:00 PM/6:00 PM Central Time. Total Hours: 40 hours per week. Contract: 3 months. Ideal candidate: Houston, TX (commutable) or elsewhere—primarily WFH. Responsibilities Orchestrate multichannel customer engagement strategies across phone, text, and video outreach to establish high‑converting initial touchpoints with prospective buyers. Leverage Salesforce CRM workflows as a power user to optimize follow‑up activities and consistently exceed division performance benchmarks. Manage regional community portfolios and digital assets via the Content Management System (CMS) to maximize online brand visibility and market presence. Nurture high‑intent interest lists for upcoming community launches to build strategic pipeline depth and align with organizational sales objectives. Qualifications Must be able to work weekends. 2+ years of experience in high‑touch customer service, inside sales, corporate real estate, or digital lead management. Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM or comparable enterprise lead‑management platforms. Proven track record of accelerating lead‑to‑appointment conversion rates while delivering an exceptional digital customer experience. Strong organizational skills with demonstrated expertise in managing digital marketing assets through a CMS.
