Job Description

We are currently hiring Home Care Nurses for full-time and part-time positions.

This is a great opportunity for nurses seeking flexible work, supportive environments, and meaningful one-on-one patient care.

Job responsibilities include:
-Providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
-Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes as needed
-Administering medications and treatments according to care plans
-Educating patients and families on health and daily care
-Communicating with care teams and maintaining proper documentation

Qualifications:
-Active nursing license in good standing
-Home care or clinical experience is a plus, but not required
-Strong communication and time-management skills
-Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered mindset
-Ability to work independently while following care guidelines
