DV Therapy Learning Center is not in the business of simply providing therapy. DV Therapy is in the business of learning, growth, trust, experience, and transformation. We're in the business of learning, growth, trust, and transformation and we don't measure ourselves by whether a family stays enrolled. We measure ourselves by whether they'd tell someone else about us. Every touchpoint, from the first phone call to a Tuesday session to the way an invoice reads, is something we're actively working to make less frictional and more human.

For an ABA Clinical Director, that shapes the job. You'll keep our ABA programs clinically sound and compliant, but that's just the floor. Above that, you'll be asking at every point where ABA touches a family whether what we're doing is actually earning their trust. We expect leaders here to identify, report, advise, act, and repeat. You'll have room to change things, and we'll expect you to use it. If you want to build one alongside a leadership team that names its gaps out loud, this is a good seat.

What you'll own - 

Clinical leadership and standards

• Supervise and guide clinical staff, and make sure every DV Therapy location delivers ABA to the same standard

• Build the clinical policies and procedures that define best practice here, then make them stick

• Evaluate program effectiveness and adjust when the data says to

• Coordinate with other departments when clinical needs cross into operations

Compliance and quality

• Hold the organization to HIPAA and all applicable state and federal healthcare regulations

• Audit or assign the audit of at least 10% of treatment notes every month, with written and verbal feedback to the clinician

• Own the corrective action plan when something falls short, and see it through

• Keep clinical records accurate and confidential

• Lead quality control and audit readiness, and collaborate with clinical leaders inside and outside DV Therapy

Growing the team

• Work with the Talent Relationship Team to recruit, interview, hire, train, and retain clinical staff you'll be a real partner in who joins this team

• Build professional development that people actually want, not compliance hours

• Conduct performance evaluations and address staff concerns directly

Clients, families, and partners

• Give the intake process the clinical feedback it needs to place clients well

• Take on client concerns while they're clinical, and hand off cleanly to upper management when they're not

• Build and hold relationships with referring providers, insurance partners, and regulatory agencies

• Advocate for what clients need and turn that into changes in how we deliver

Financial and operational

• Help plan budgets for clinical programs and resources

• Use resources efficiently without letting quality slip and say so when the two are in conflict

• Monitor clinical productivity and adjust workflows when the numbers or the clinicians tell you something isn't working

How we work - 

We run on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System). You'll work inside the Vision/Traction Organizer, run and participate in Level 10 meetings, and own quarterly Rocks. If you've led in an EOS company, you'll recognize the rhythm immediately. If you haven't, we'll teach it what matters is that you want clear priorities and visible accountability.

What we're looking for

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Counseling, Education, Special Education, Child Development, Social Work, or a related field

• BCBA in good standing with the BACB

• At least five years of BCBA certified experience

• Two+ years in a leadership role

• Someone who can run multiple priorities in a moving environment without waiting to be managed

• A real service mentality you measure yourself by what clients and clinicians get, not by what got documented

• Someone who spots the gap, builds the plan, executes it, and then checks whether it actually worked

• Someone who understands the importance of being present in all five locations (this doesnt mean in-person in every location every day, but this person needs to be ok with a regular cadence in every center with more frequency to our largest centers in Palmdale and Bakersfield)
