About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Strategic Transformation to spearhead large-scale change, drive innovation, and ensure operational excellence. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive transformation strategy, leading cultural and organizational change, and overseeing strategic programs that enhance operational resilience and risk management. The role demands a visionary leader with deep expertise in financial services, digital innovation, and change management, who can collaborate with C-suite, business unit, and technology teams to optimize business processes, support growth, and enhance customer experience. Candidates for the Head of Strategic Transformation role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in financial services, consulting, or technology-driven transformation, with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in digital strategy, innovation, automation, and emerging financial technologies, as well as a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial sector.
