Were looking for an Outgoing Community Outreach Rockstar to help us spread the SWTHZ energy, connect with our neighbors, and drive presales for our newest studios.

What Youll Do:

• Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of community outreach representatives to execute local marketing and presales initiatives
• Oversee daily outreach activities, ensuring consistent execution across multiple events and locations
• Track team performance including sales metrics, call activity, and conversion rates, and coach for improvement
• Coordinate and build partnerships with local businesses to expand brand awareness and generate leads
• Develop and execute a community engagement strategy that drives traffic, excitement, and presales growth
• Ensure team coverage and execution of weekly pop-ups, events, and activations

Lead Your Team to Execute Initiatives Like:

• Recovery pop-ups at gyms and fitness studios
• Red light therapy trial events with wellness partners
• Flash wellness activations and surprise giveaways
• Photo moments and social media engagement at high-traffic community locations
• Vendor presence at local sporting events and marathons

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to hire, train, and motivate a team
• Proven ability to manage multiple people, projects, and event schedules simultaneously
• Comfortable coaching team members on sales conversations and community engagement

Qualifications

• 3+ years in outreach, field marketing, sales leadership, or community engagement
• Strong management, delegation, and team-building skills
• Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting goals
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy
• Experience with CRM tools, Canva, or marketing platforms is a plus
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
