Desktop Support Specialist

- Hands-on experience performing enterprise Windows 10 to Windows 11 migrations.
- Strong knowledge of Windows desktop support, workstation imaging, operating system deployment, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience supporting user profile migrations, including OneDrive backups and data transfers.
- Experience troubleshooting printers, hardware, peripherals, and software issues.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced deployment environment while providing excellent customer support.
- Experience supporting Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC environments.
- Experience with endpoint management and deployment tools such as ManageEngine Endpoint Central, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM), or similar solutions.
- Endpoint Central experience is highly preferred.
- Formal technical training or related education is a plus; equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Perform Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrades across desktop and laptop environments.
- Image, configure, and deploy devices according to organizational standards.
- Migrate user profiles, OneDrive data, and settings while ensuring successful post-deployment functionality.
- Install, configure, and validate required applications, printers, security software, and device configurations.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, driver, printer, and peripheral issues during deployment.
- Verify hardware compatibility and resolve upgrade-related issues.
- Document deployment activities and maintain accurate project tracking records.
- Coordinate deployment schedules with IT staff and end users while adhering to organizational security and compliance requirements.
