Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with Nuclear Experience and 1015+ years of project management experience to lead and manage complex, high-impact projects. This senior-level professional will provide strategic direction, leadership, and mentorship to multidisciplinary project teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution.

Define and manage project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to proactively identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor project risks.

Monitor and control project progress, schedules, budgets, and performance while maintaining accurate and comprehensive project documentation.

Prepare and present regular project status reports, performance updates, and risk assessments to executive management and key stakeholders.

Manage stakeholder communication and expectations, ensuring alignment between project objectives and broader organizational strategies.

Apply advanced project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to drive successful project delivery.

Identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead and mentor project management teams, providing guidance, coaching, and knowledge-sharing on industry best practices.

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, operations, technical, construction, procurement, and other functional areas.

Ensure project activities comply with applicable nuclear industry standards, safety requirements, quality processes, and organizational policies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

Demonstrated experience managing nuclear, energy, engineering, industrial, or other highly regulated projects.

Advanced knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and project controls.

Strong experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.

Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams in dynamic and complex environments.

Experience managing projects that directly support or impact organizational strategy and business objectives.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Certifications

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.

Advanced project management certifications and relevant industry specializations are highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Nuclear industry project management experience.

Experience working within highly regulated or safety-critical environments.

Experience with complex engineering, infrastructure, energy, or capital projects.

Strong knowledge of project controls, risk management, scheduling, cost management, and performance reporting.

Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing project management professionals.
