Skilled Construction Laborer

Laborer
Join our team in constructing large, complex commercial builds including data centers, student housing high-rises, hotels, mixed-use urban developments, and commercial/industrial facilities. This role is essential in ensuring the successful completion of these significant projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including cleaning and maintenance.
- Utilize hand tools and mechanical skills effectively.
- Assist in concrete work and landscaping projects.
- Support electrical and forklift operations as needed.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 2-3 years of construction trades experience in new-build construction.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and mechanical equipment.
- Ability to perform general labor tasks efficiently.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in large, complex commercial builds is a plus.

Work Environment
The work environment involves cleaning and performing general labor tasks in non-climate-controlled conditions. The shift is from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
