Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Elizabeth, NJ

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY) considered
• Experience working with pediatric populations in school-based or healthcare settings
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery preferred
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments, diagnostic services, and individualized therapy for PreK-12 students
• Develop and implement treatment plans addressing speech, language, and communication challenges
• Document progress, maintain compliance with regulatory standards and IEP requirements
• Consult with teaching staff, parents, and other professionals for holistic student support
• Offer services in-person, virtually, or in a blended format as needed
