Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Jersey City, NJ

Qualifications:

• Current New Jersey Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license
• Active NJ DOE certification
• Experience or interest in school-based pediatric populations
• Open to SLPs with CCC, those completing CFY, and those from healthcare backgrounds eager to apply skills in education

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with communication needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' progress
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state regulations
• Engage in ongoing professional development relevant to school-based practice
• Provide both direct and indirect therapy and consultation, ensuring equitable service and support
