Quality Control Technician II

Kelly Science & Clinical has a new, permanent opportunity for a Quality Control Technician II in Plainfield, IN! Pay: $20-$25/hour Shift: M-F 8am-5pm A Direct Hire Opportunity Overview Reports to the Quality Assurance Manager; responsible for inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory standards. Acts as an internal and external auditor, collaborating with Production and R&D teams. Key Responsibilities Conduct inspections and tests on materials and products; accurately document results and deviations Identify and report nonconformances; participate in root cause analysis and process improvement Calibrate and maintain testing equipment Assist with training staff and developing SOPs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality initiatives Ensure adherence to safety standards and report issues Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of quality control experience (industrial environment preferred) Knowledge of inspection methods and analytical testing Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic data systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to communicate findings and work independently or as part of a team Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Kelly Services
