Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, in collaboration with the clinical team
Assess and analyze client behavior using evidence-based methods
Conduct behavioral skills training and reinforcement strategies to enhance client skills and independence
Collaborate with caregivers, family members, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services
Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, making adjustments as needed to optimize client outcomes
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of clinical protocols and best practices
Requirements:
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
1 year of experience, with a strong foundation in ABA principles and practices
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients, families, and team members
