How you'll contribute:

A Supply Chain Coordinator who excels in this role:

Identifies inventory needs for all hospital departments; orders medical and office supplies as needed and processes returns of unused/mis-ordered items in a timely manner.

Notifies leadership of recalled medical supplies and promptly removes recalled items from clean supply rooms.

Stocks, labels and maintains charged medical and office supplies.

Maintains and organizes all medical supply and office storage locations.

Communicates with leadership to ensure adequate inventory levels escalate special inventory needs.

Coordinates purchase orders and packing slips to support timely and accurate payment processing.

Performs other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for: Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional requirements include:

Minimum of 2 years' purchasing experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus).

Must have strong communication and organization.
