Primary Responsibilities Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans. Provide individual and group therapy sessions. Collaborate with medical professionals for comprehensive care. Offer grief counseling and support to patients and families. Engage in social work and behavioral health interventions. Participate in clinical staff meetings and training. Maintain documentation per company policies. Qualifications Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field. Clinical license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LAMFT, LSW) or provisional licensure in New Jersey. Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills. Familiarity with office technology and Electronic Health Records (experience with Valant a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
