Step into an exciting contract opportunity supporting students for the full school year in a collaborative, positive environment near Stow, OH. This full-time position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference across K-12 grade levels, working closely with a diverse caseload and impacting learners at every stage. You won’t be alone—an experienced Occupational Therapist is available onsite twice a week to provide guidance, give feedback, and offer additional resources when needed.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred
• Ability to work effectively with K-12 students, tailoring approaches to individual needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a varied school environment

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students across elementary, middle, and high school
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement IEP goals
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as necessary
• Support student participation, independence, and access to curriculum
• Attend IEP meetings, sharing insights and recommendations as a valued team member
• Consult with the onsite OT twice weekly for support, brainstorming, and professional growth
