You’ll provide comprehensive OT services to a diverse K-12 caseload, helping students succeed academically and socially. The district offers additional support, with another OT available on staff two days per week to collaborate and help facilitate services.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid Ohio Occupational Therapy license required
• Previous experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to individual student needs across all grade levels
• Comfortable working with a collaborative team and independently managing caseload

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students, focusing on academic participation, daily living skills, and motor development
• Assess student needs, develop treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate closely with school staff, families, and the onsite OT for holistic student care
• Document interventions, progress, and maintain accurate records
• Provide input and support in program development and therapy strategies
