This is a hands-on role, not one where you spend months watching from the sidelines. You will receive training, work directly with the founder, and gradually take ownership of real sales, marketing, and client-facing responsibilities. You won't just be fetching coffee; you'll be on the front lines of an AI tech startup. Drive Outreach: Support daily sales activities, prospect follow-ups, and relationship building. Shape the Message: Help craft marketing campaigns, social content, and sales presentations. Client Support: Be the first point of contact for inquiries across email, CRM, and social platforms, escalating complex issues to the senior team. Learn & Grow: Get hands-on, high-level training in modern sales, marketing, and AI consulting. The Baseline Requirements: Stellar written, verbal, interpersonal and customer service skills. A foundational comfort with professional outreach, follow-up, and building relationships. Highly organized with sharp attention to detail to thrive in a hybrid environment. A basic understanding of digital marketing and a massive appetite to learn AI and automation tools. Evidence that you can learn new & unfamiliar tools & concepts quickly.
