They strive to offer challenging work as well as the flexibility, compensation and benefits that allow them to maintain balance in employee work and personal lives./ppThe position: Were looking for a Senior Tax Accountant that desires to expand their tax knowledge and experience./ppIdeal candidate profile:/pulli3 10 years of recent tax experience in a CPA firm/liliCPA license required/liliExperience preparing tax returns including individuals, trusts, partnerships and S corporations/liliHighly motivated to learn and produce quality work/liliAble to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with little direction/liliExceptional written and oral communication skills with coworkers and clients/liliWorks effectively with team members/liliAble to build strong client relationships by responding quickly and providing knowledgeable, concise communication to the client/liliExperience providing mentorship to entry level staff/liliTax return review experience a plus/li/ulpResponsibilities:/pulliWorks with the tax team to prepare complex business and individual tax returns/liliPerforms the initial review of individual and business returns prepared by entry-level staff/liliProvides timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations/liliHandles routine client tax questions, and works with clients to obtain the information to prepare complete and accurate returns/liliAlerts manager and partner of any tax compliance issues in timely manner/liliCompletes research and special projects as needed/liliStays informed of tax law changes and news/li/ulpWhy should you apply?/pulliCompetitive pay and benefits/liliFriendly work environment/liliReasonable work/life balance/liliOpportunities for growth and development/li/ul/div
