Key Responsibilities Preparing accounting records and maintaining accurate financial information for a portfolio of international client entities. Reviewing, analysing and reconciling financial data from a variety of sources to ensure accuracy and completeness. Posting accounting entries and supporting the preparation of trial balances and financial reports. Assisting with the preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts within agreed deadlines. Supporting the completion and submission of regulatory and statutory reporting requirements. Assisting with the preparation of annual financial statements and related documentation. Working closely with colleagues across different jurisdictions to ensure a high standard of client service. Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance reporting efficiency. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise A degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics (or a related discipline) or be Part-Qualified ACCA, ACA, CIMA (or equivalent) Circa 2 years' accounting experience within a professional services firm, fund administrator or financial services business Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, including journals, debits and credits and general ledger postings Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and SUMIFS Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent organisational and communication skills The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr INSTANT IMPACT
