Logistics Coordinator

Job Description Logistics Coordinator – Salt Lake City Branch, Lehi, UT. Full‑time, on‑site position supporting the Operations team’s material delivery, scheduling, and operational support functions. Responsibilities Ensure delivery schedules for ordered material to customer job sites and other Doka branch locations are met. Coordinate load scheduling, order picking, and fulfillment accuracy with the Branch Yard and/or Operations Manager. Process returns in DISCOS, issuing return numbers and ensuring proper documentation and handling of returned materials. Adhere to loading and unloading procedures, including photographing trucks and confirming documentation. Monitor freight costs using Doka’s in‑house freight platform and approve freight invoices for accuracy against original quotes and proof of delivery. Bill and track monthly freight per project. Ensure trucks or trailers are loaded, secured, and compliant with height and weight requirements. Other Responsibilities Perform additional duties/projects as assigned, including participation in company committees or teams. Assist in maintaining safe working practices and a safe work environment. Comply with all company and compliance policies, guidelines, and business practices. Qualifications Experience in administration, operations, or controlling preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, including command of English (speaking, reading, writing). Strong analytical, technical proficiency, and problem‑solving abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel. Willingness and ability to learn new computer systems, products, and concepts. Organized team player who can work independently in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment. Additional Information Base hourly compensation: $23.00 – $26.00, depending on experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location. Additional compensation may include bonuses, commissions, benefits, or other forms of remuneration determined at the time of offer.
