Role Description The Account Executive role at CEP is a full-time, on-site position based in Henderson, NV. The Account Executive will manage client accounts from initial contact through project completion, serving as the primary point of contact for exhibit projects. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client objectives, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating project details with internal design, production, and logistics teams. The role involves tracking project timelines and budgets, ensuring quality standards are met, and proactively addressing client needs and concerns. The Account Executive will also participate in prospecting and business development activities, including follow-ups on leads, attending client meetings, and supporting company growth initiatives. Qualifications Strong account management and client relationship skills, with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective exhibit solutions. Experience in sales or business development, including prospecting, proposal development, and closing opportunities. Project management capabilities, such as organizing tasks, managing timelines and budgets, and coordinating cross-functional teams. Effective communication and presentation skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confidence in client-facing discussions. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to handle complex project requirements and resolve issues promptly. Ability to work on-site in Henderson, NV and collaborate closely with design, production, and logistics staff. Familiarity with trade show, event, or exhibit industries is highly beneficial. Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., CRM tools, email, spreadsheets, and presentation software).
