Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Days – 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Weekdays and Every Other Weekend | Holidays Required | No Call, Charge, or Float

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
• Perform IV starts and manage intravenous therapy for emergency patients
• Conduct triage assessments to prioritize patient care based on acuity
• Deliver emergency treatment and interventions in accordance with established protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active West Virginia RN License (or compact license with WV privileges)
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Current BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Demonstrated proficiency in IV starts, triage, and emergency treatment competencies
• Prior travel nursing experience required – first-time travelers will not be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 5 or more years of Emergency Department experience, including small ED settings
• CPI, MAB, NRP, or TNCC certification
• Experience with blocked scheduling arrangements
