- Competitive hourly pay rate: $1.00/hr (rate subject to agency clarification)
- Pay package discussed upon application
- Weekly pay via direct deposit

- Licensure, travel, and certification reimbursements when applicable
- Assist in Urology surgeries, including prep, setup, and sterile techniques
- Support surgeons and staff during procedures, ensuring safety and efficiency
- Maintain surgical instruments and supplies
- Ensure compliance with infection control standards
- Coordinate with the surgical team to optimize workflow
- Document procedures and assist with patient care as needed
- Valid surgical technologist license or certification
- Minimum of 3 years of OR experience, Urology background preferred
- Strong understanding of sterile techniques and surgical instruments
- Ability to work flexible shifts, with reliable attendance
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
