What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality urological patient care in outpatient or inpatient settings
- Assist in consults, assessments, and treatment planning
- Perform patient education on urological health and treatment options
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Document clinical findings accurately and efficiently
- Support the clinical team in achieving healthcare goals
- Adhere to all facility protocols and safety standards
What You Need
Required:- Valid Urology Nurse Practitioner license for Massachusetts
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in urology or related specialty
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in surgical urology or minimally invasive procedures
- Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
- Bilingual skills a plus
