Employment Type: Contract FLSA Status: Exempt Schedule: Monday – Friday, standard business hours (hybrid schedule) Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Scrum Master to support our client's Practice Engineering team. The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile software development teams by facilitating delivery, gathering business requirements, managing project workflows, and serving as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support product team delivery Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Assist with backlog prioritization and project tracking Partner with stakeholders and development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions Manage projects and documentation within Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps Create reports, dashboards, and process documentation Conduct impact assessments and identify process improvement opportunities Maintain team documentation and knowledge repositories Requirements 6+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or related roles Experience supporting multiple Agile product teams Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree preferred Professional services or law firm experience is a plus Benefits Benefits are subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
