HR Generalist I/LMS Admin

Position Title: HR Generalist I/LMS Admin Locations: Weldon Spring_MO Time Type: Full time Req ID: JR1362-Weldon Spring_MO Pay Range: $23.25 - $27.50 per hour Position Summary The Human Resources Generalist I is an entry‑level Human Resources role that will assist with tasks related to recruiting, benefits, compensation, payroll, employee relations, training, and special projects. Ensuring accurate information processing and maintaining confidentiality are essential competencies for this role. Primary Accountabilities First point of contact for servicing questions from employees regarding common HR policies and procedures, including routine benefits and 401K information. Utilize the HRIS system (Workday) on a daily basis. Develop and provide HR data such as employee information, turnover analysis, scorecard preparation, auditor requested information, etc. Assist with dual control, quality assurance, and data entry of payroll data. Assist with LMS system maintenance within HRIS. Assist in coordination of worker’s compensation and unemployment functions. Assist in coordination of the FMLA benefit. Assist in maintenance of job descriptions, job evaluations, develop grade assignments, and JVM maintenance. Assist in maintaining the HR page of the intranet. Respond to questions from the HR email inbox. Manage employee records. Assist with monthly insurance invoice and COBRA reconciliation. Assist with compliance‑related activities. Assist in drafting policies and procedures. Assist with HR-related projects. Qualify life events that result in benefit/payroll changes. Participate in wage and benefit survey as needed. Assist with recruitment activities such as phone interviews, scheduling interviews, drafting offer letters. Maintain confidentiality of information. Occasional travel required for training and team meetings; willingness to travel within the market as needed. May require working in a Midland office to support internal and external customers. Maintain compliance with applicable regulations including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA). Other duties as assigned. Position Qualifications Education/Experience: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Previous exposure to HRIS systems a plus. 0–3 years of human resources/payroll experience. Strong Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
