In this role, you will work closely with engineers, developers, and business stakeholders to keep teams aligned, unblock progress, and move projects from kickoff to completion with consistency and purpose.This is not just a ceremonies role. You will actively shape how the team works by identifying friction before it becomes a problem, building trust across functions, and making sure the right people have the context they need to make good decisions. What You'll DoOwn and drive Scrum execution: sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.Ensure strong backlog hygiene, clear acceptance criteria, and alignment to sprint goals and QER objectives.Identify and remove blockers quickly; escalate when needed to maintain delivery momentum.Track and improve team metrics (velocity, predictability, cycle time, quality).Coach teams on agile best practices and continuous improvement behaviors.Drive cross-functional coordination across hardware, software, and product teams.Ensure transparency through dashboards, reporting, and executive-ready communication.Facilitate retrospectives that lead to tangible, measurable improvements. What You BringCSM certification or equivalent.2–5+ years in Scrum Master or Agile delivery roles.Experience with Jira or equivalent tools.You are a facilitator, not an administrator.A creative mindset and a passion for problem-solving. Bonus Points ForAbility to make the boring seem fun and interesting.Background working alongside hardware and software teams simultaneously.Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or R&D environments.Familiarity with compliance-driven or regulated project delivery.
