Job Title: Scrum Master - Cloud Infrastructure Team

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to join our Cloud Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and hands-on expertise with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and AWS Cloud . You will act as a servant leader, driving Agile practices, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring the seamless delivery of cloud infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and hands-on expertise with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and AWS Cloud . You will act as a servant leader, driving Agile practices, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring the seamless delivery of cloud infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate closely with the Cloud Infrastructure team to ensure efficient project execution and delivery.
- Promote and uphold Agile principles, values, and best practices across the team.
- Guide the team in implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and AWS to automate and manage cloud infrastructure.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and priorities.
- Identify, track, and resolve project risks, dependencies, and impediments to maintain smooth workflows.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to reflect, adapt, and grow.
- Maintain a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure cloud solutions that meet business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role.
- Proven expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Hands-on experience with Terraform for cloud infrastructure automation.
- In-depth knowledge of AWS Cloud services and cloud infrastructure best practices.
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills, with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
- Certification(s): Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or SAFe Scrum Master (preferred).
- Strong understanding of cloud security and governance practices.
- Experience working in an Agile environment within Cloud Infrastructure or DevOps teams.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
