Job Title: Scrum Master - Cloud Infrastructure Team
Locations: Austin, TX, Fort Mill, SC and Paramus, NJ - Hybrid
Contract: Long Term

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to join our Cloud Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and hands-on expertise with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and AWS Cloud . You will act as a servant leader, driving Agile practices, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring the seamless delivery of cloud infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with the Cloud Infrastructure team to ensure efficient project execution and delivery.
• Promote and uphold Agile principles, values, and best practices across the team.
• Guide the team in implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and AWS to automate and manage cloud infrastructure.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and priorities.
• Identify, track, and resolve project risks, dependencies, and impediments to maintain smooth workflows.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to reflect, adapt, and grow.
• Maintain a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure cloud solutions that meet business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role.
• Proven expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for cloud infrastructure automation.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS Cloud services and cloud infrastructure best practices.
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills, with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Certification(s): Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or SAFe Scrum Master (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Strong understanding of cloud security and governance practices.
• Experience working in an Agile environment within Cloud Infrastructure or DevOps teams.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
