A well-established limited-service hotel in the Quad Cities region is searching for a hands-on, energetic, and guest-focused General Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive team success. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing teams, and understands how to balance guest satisfaction with operational performance.

We are looking for a leader who is visible, engaged, and not afraid to jump in wherever needed to support the team and the guest experience.

What You'll Do:

Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
Lead, train, coach, and motivate team members
Drive guest satisfaction scores and online reputation management
Manage labor costs, budgets, forecasting, and overall financial performance
Ensure brand standards and operational procedures are consistently followed
Maintain a strong presence throughout the property with a hands-on leadership approach
Recruit, onboard, and retain top hospitality talent
Build a positive and accountable team culture

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience as a Hotel General Manager
Hands-on leadership style with strong operational knowledge
Background in limited-service or select-service hotel operations preferred
Strong communication, team-building, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction and team performance
Experience managing budgets, labor, and hotel KPIs
Brand experience with major hotel flags is a plus
