Telemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member

Jay Myles State Farm Agency Position Overview We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and personable Customer Outreach Representative to join our growing insurance agency. This is a part-time position focused primarily on contacting our existing customers, strengthening customer relationships, scheduling account reviews, and identifying customers who may need additional assistance from our licensed insurance team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, is comfortable on the phone, and wants to gain experience in the insurance industry. Schedule Part Time Approximately 20 hours per week 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday Compensation $15.00 per hour Additional performance incentives available based on qualified appointments, customer engagement, and performance goals. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to existing agency customers Schedule customer account review appointments Follow up with customers regarding agency outreach Identify customers who would like to speak with a licensed team member Maintain accurate notes regarding customer conversations Update customer information when appropriate Assist with customer follow-up campaigns Help maintain organized customer outreach lists Meet daily and weekly call and appointment goals Provide a friendly and professional customer experience Transfer insurance-related questions to licensed team members Qualifications Strong phone and communication skills Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls Friendly and professional personality Dependable and punctual Strong organizational skills Comfortable working toward measurable goals Ability to follow scripts and processes Basic computer skills Customer service, call center, appointment setting, or telemarketing experience preferred Insurance experience is not required What Success Looks Like Success in this position means consistently reaching customers, creating positive conversations, scheduling qualified appointments, documenting interactions accurately, and helping our licensed team create deeper relationships with our existing customers.
