Customer Experience Coordinator

Customer Experience Coordinator America’s Car-Mart is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Experience Coordinator to support the processing of invoices for customer ancillary products. This role helps ensure invoices are reviewed accurately, vendors are paid properly and timely, and customers and internal partners receive excellent service. The Customer Experience Coordinator plays an important role in supporting vendor invoice processing, refund follow-up, and customer service. This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and a commitment to providing exceptional support. What You’ll Do As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will: Process invoices for customer ancillary products to ensure proper and timely payment to vendors. Review and verify Auto Integrate invoices for accurate amounts. Identify and eliminate duplicate invoice entries. Ensure vendor refunds are properly processed and followed up on as needed. Answer phone calls and provide exceptional customer service. Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and internal teams. Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your direct manager. Follow Company policies and procedures while supporting the Company’s mission, vision, values, and standards of ethics. Maintain daily attendance to ensure all responsibilities are completed in a timely manner.
