Lakeview Dental Center, located in Chandler, AZ, is seeking a dedicated Dental Sterilization Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory and operatories
• Properly disinfect and sterilize all instruments
• Prepare and set up instrument trays (mirror, explorer, syringe, gauze, etc.)
• Sterilize handpieces and clean air/water syringes
• Monitor and restock operatory supplies
• Pour and trim dental models
• Assist with patient seating and treatment room setup
• Develop x-rays as needed
• Ensure cases are ready for pickup
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of dental office practices and equipment
• Up to 1 year of dental office experience OR related classroom training (biology, chemistry, health, or dental assisting coursework)
• Experience with room turnover and instrument sterilization preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established protocols
• Ability to work effectively with team members and the public
