As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA), you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, individualized care to our residents.

About the Role:

As an STNA at Edgewood Manor of Greenfield, you will:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide respectful, hands-on care that promotes dignity and comfort
• Support nursing staff with daily routines and maintain a clean, safe environment
• Build meaningful relationships with our residents and their families
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and implement individualized care plans

Pay & Bonuses:

• Competitive wage scale
• Attendance Bonus: +$2.00/hour
• Loyalty Bonus: +$2.00/hour

Qualifications:

• Active STNA certification in Ohio (required)
• New graduates welcome
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
• Reliability, compassion, and a team-oriented attitude are essential
