Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to licensed nursing staff.

• Participate in care planning and goal setting to ensure individualized care.

Requirements

• Must be a certified State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) in the state of Ohio.

• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
