Senior Software EngineerWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team. As a technical leader, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex software solutions that meet the needs of our organization. With a strong background in software development fundamentals, architecture, and testing, you will lead by example, guiding your colleagues and driving innovation through your expertise and passion for coding excellence.Work schedule: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, typically 0700–1700 local. Our team consists of professionals who are mission driven, team players who have a drive for continuous improvement and delivering tangible results to our clients.Responsibilities:Develop software solutions; investigate problem areas; follow the software development lifecycleDemonstrate software solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear codePrepare and install software solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programmingRequirements:Secret clearanceMust be a U.S. CitizenEducation and experience:9+ years of experience in analyzing information, software design, software documentation, software testing, general programming skills, software development fundamentals, software development processes, software requirements, and software architecture.Experience with developing software solutions; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.Experience demonstrating solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.Experience with preparing and installing solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.In-depth knowledge of software design, testing, and development processesStrong programming skills with experience in analyzing information, investigating problem areas, and developing solutions.Excellent documentation and communication skills to convey complex ideas through clear code, diagrams, and written documentation.Additional notes:Attollo has reviewed this job description to ensure that essential functions and basic duties have been included.
