Youth Crisis Clinician — Residential Therapy Lead

Kids In Crisis, Connecticut's only free, 24/7 emergency shelter and crisis counseling provider, seeks a licensed clinical professional to lead and deliver family- and youth-focused services. The role involves individual, group, and family therapy, crisis intervention, and collaborative discharge planning. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to assess needs, set SMART goals, and coordinate community referrals while supporting a residential program and leadership initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr Crisis Inc.
