Business/Systems Analyst III

About the job Business/Systems Analyst III This position is hybrid. (3 days onsite / 2 days offsite) Responsibilities Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables. 5-10 years of experience. Qualifications Well experienced with Agile/Waterfall methodology, processes and cadences Liaison between technical groups and the business owners Ability to interact and handle different groups with competing needs Strong requirements gathering technique and elicitation skills Effectively communicate with all project stakeholders representing all levels of the organization including senior Leadership up to VP level Ability to independently research topics using available tools like SharePoint and other document repositories Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PPT and MS Visio Ability to be an active project participant by offering feedback, guidance and assistance to help meet project delivery dates Strong analytical and problem solving skills Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills The ability to write requirements/user stories and acceptance criteria that are clear, concise, testable and can be interpreted by development teams using the INVEST criteria Ability to recognize and determine whether the changes as a result of the project would impact other systems Ability to identify up/downstream dependencies Organizational skills; coordination of meeting agendas, minutes and action items Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple project assignments, and multiple business owners Ability to adapt to constant changes Traceability of other considerations which may be overlooked by business Tools MS Visio (Must Have) JIRA Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) Nice to have o A standard used to construct process flows to clearly show impact of the project (as-is and to-be flows) #J-18808-Ljbffr Terminal Optimal Solutions
