Responsibilities


We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst (BA) to join our team to support the analysis and documentation of business and technical requirements related to IoT and telemetry data initiatives . The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience working with IoT data collection systems, telemetry pipelines, and AWS Cloud services .


This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, data engineers, cloud architects, and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications.
• Understand and map data flows from IoT devices and telemetry systems into cloud-based data platforms.
• Work with engineering teams to ensure proper data ingestion, transformation, and validation.
• Support the development of data models, use cases, and system workflows related to telemetry and IoT.
• Assist in the definition of KPIs, dashboards, and reporting needs based on telemetry data.
• Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals and compliance standards.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder reviews throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or data-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of IoT data collection , device telemetry , and associated data pipelines.
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud services such as S3, Kinesis, IoT Core, Lambda, or related tools.
• Proficient in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and data mapping documents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
