Responsibilities include obtaining and reviewing financial statements, supporting client statement activity, managing cash movements related to trade settlements, processing capital calls, and ensuring accurate posting and reconciliation of client transactions. Basic QualificationsTwo or more years of related operations, banking, finance, accounting, reconciliation, or customer service experience.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, custody operations, wealth management products, operational systems, procedures, and services.Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Understanding of regulatory and accounting principles affecting Wealth Management & Investment Services business lines and clients.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.Experience with transaction processing, reconciliations, cash management, wire processing, or financial operations is preferred.If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
