Vice President of Manufacturing

Role Vice President of Manufacturing Company Global specialty chemicals provider Responsibilities Lead the global divisional multi‑site network of manufacturing plants. Provide both hands‑on and strategic leadership to experienced Plant Managers. Drive transformation of plants into more efficient, profitable, and responsive operations. Coach and mentor Plant Managers, advising on best practices in manufacturing leadership. Apply Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies to drive change. Align technology with main markets and tailor solutions to meet customer needs. Play a key role in the company’s transformation toward a more efficient, profitable, and agile group. Qualifications Degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, or a related discipline. In‑depth background in manufacturing leadership within the specialty chemicals sector, particularly in continuous process and batch production facilities. Proven track record in driving transformation programs to enhance profitability and efficiency. Experience in related process industries is advantageous. Direct knowledge and training in Lean Six Sigma. Ability to act as a coach and mentor. Functions Operations Engineering #J-18808-Ljbffr
