This is the perfect role for a Shift Lead or Assistant Manager ready to take the next step toward becoming a GM.The Role: What You'll DoAs the Assistant General Manager, you are the "Co-Pilot" of the restaurant. You'll be responsible for driving daily operations and ensuring the team hits their targets.Support the Rush: Lead the floor during peak hours, ensuring our drive-thru and front counter teams are hitting "Gold Standard" speed and accuracy.Team Leadership: Assist in training and coaching a crew of 40+. You'll help develop Shift Leads and ensure every team member is performing at their best.Operational Control: Help manage inventory, labor schedules, and food safety protocols.
