Here, we maintain a collaborative and supportive work culture, where physical therapists work closely with one another, as well as with occupational therapists and rehabilitation specialists, to formulate and execute personalized treatment plans. We embody a positive workplace atmosphere with an emphasis on continuous learning and professional development.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, establishing tailored treatment programs aimed at achieving optimal recovery.Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions based on the latest evidence-based research to treat orthopedic issues as well as neurological and sports medicine conditions.Maintain clear and timely communication with patients about their treatment plans, progress, and any necessary adjustments for optimal outcomes.Participate in clinical collaboration, sharing insights and strategies with team members to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.Educate and empower patients and their caregivers about therapeutic techniques and self-care strategies to promote independence.Document patient progress meticulously and demonstrate accountability by meeting minimum utilization goals while attending to business objectives.Deliver high-quality customer service during each interaction, creating an environment of trust and support.Patient Population / Client FocusOur facilities cater to a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our clients encompass various age groups and conditions, allowing for a dynamic and rewarding work environment that encourages professional growth.QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program is required.Current state license in Physical Therapy, with CDC compliance for practice.Certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association.Effective written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear correspondence with patients and team members.Proficiency in patient management software and Microsoft Office applications, ensuring efficient documentation and communication.A deep-seated desire to forge strong relationships with patients, helping them surpass their rehabilitation goals.Commitment to contributing positively in community relations and building rapport within the Fort Myers area.Preferred ExperiencePrevious experience in an orthopedic setting is highly desirable.Familiarity with sports medicine and post-operative rehabilitation practices.Demonstrated experience in developing community engagement programs or patient education initiatives.Compensation and BenefitsIn recognition of the exceptional professional care provided, we offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually.
