Here, you will find a supportive work culture that fosters teamwork, open communication, and professional development.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver compassionate, high-quality patient care in home environments for individuals requiring physical therapy intervention.Implement individualized treatment programs tailored to patients, based on assessments and treatment plans established with the collaborative input of our therapy team.Conduct thorough evaluations that include a comprehensive review of patient history, targeted assessments, and documentation of findings to inform treatment strategies.Maintain detailed documentation of patient care activities, ensuring accurate and timely records of evaluations, progress notes, and tailored discharge plans that adhere to evolving healthcare regulations.Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations by completing all necessary training and participating in compliance initiatives.Engage in continuous communication with patients, their families, and healthcare providers to facilitate optimal care outcomes and patient satisfaction.Participate in team meetings and case discussions, contributing insights and collaborating on treatment planning to maximize patient outcomes.Patient Population / Client FocusAs a Physical Therapist at Retain Wellness, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Your expertise will be essential in guiding patients through their recovery journeys by employing evidence-based treatments and personalized care plans that respect their unique challenges and recovery goals.QualificationsA Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.Current state licensure in Florida to practice as a Physical Therapist.Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association is required.Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to ongoing professional development.Preferred ExperienceMinimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, ideally within home care or an outpatient therapy practice.Experience working with a variety of patient populations, demonstrating adaptability and competence in providing appropriate interventions.Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is competitive, offering a yearly compensation of $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
